What Causes Numbness In The Arm And Sporadic Dizziness?

Female age 63. This morning walking into work momentary rubbery leg sensation an dizziness. Didn t feel well fo a while at my desk, slight dizziness off and on. Right arm with slight numb sensation (I did do a LOT of vacuuming yesterday). Felt OK to finish the work day.
