Hi,welcome to HCM.
Your symptoms suggest a cerebral ischemia most likely involving posterior fossa structures like cerebellum and brain stem.its involvement is reflected in the facial numbness and and symptoms of tinnitis. This can lead to stroke/paralytic symtoms sooner or later.i strongly recommend you to have an MRI of with FAST SPIN ECHO to demonstrate any stenotic lesions.Treatment with aspirin and antihypertensives will be helpful.Weight reduction will also improve the outcome. In case of any documented carotid artery stenosis, angioplasty with stenting will help in the outcome.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
