Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

The pain in your arm and fingers could be caused by the slipped disk, but it can not explain the numbness in the face.

Migraine with aura could be related to this clinical scenario.

Nevertheless, as your pain is always on the same side, associated with this symptoms, I would recommend performing a brain MRI to exclude possible brain lesion, which could lead to this symptomatology.

Although, you should know that the right side of your head, is responsible for the left limbs, numbness on the right limbs would not be explained by a lesion in this area.

Some blood lab tests are necessary too (complete blood count, blood electrolytes, fasting glucose and inflammation tests), to exclude possible inflammatory disorder or other metabolic causes.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
