What Causes Numbness In Face And Arms?

My face is periodically going numb. This has been going on for about a week. I went to the ER the other night because I had a weird torn muscle feeling in my chest and then my limbs went numb and moved into my face and forehead. That chest pain is gone but the numbness in my face and arms keep occurring. should I be worried?
