Hi,

You may be suffering from postural hypotension with gastritis with esophageal reflux disease.

Numbness may be due to hypotension or electrolyte imbalance or infection or hypothyroidism or neuropathy.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol consumption, smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet Pantoprazole. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
