What Causes Numbness In Arms And Rapid Heart Rate?

my mom is having "spells" she is 65. in feb 2011 she was great and suddenly she got clamy and vomited several times and was dizzy laid down and later was better but weak. yesterday she was watching tv and suddenly got a burning/numbing pain between shoulder blades that went down both arms and her legs felt weak she laid down and her heart raced after 10 mins it quit but today her arms still ach. i lost my dad to a massive heart attack he was 64. they are both stuborn and im only 26. do you think it could be heart attack?

a complete baselini cardio profile of mother should be done

cardiac marker like trop i should be done
mri brain should be done to rule out stroke
fasting and pp blood sugar to be done
blood pressure to be monitored.

a daignosis can be made only after full investigation
