What Causes Depressed Feeling With Rapid Heart Rate?

hi, i just would like to ask, why everytine i feel tense and nervous for nothing, and because of this my half head is sometimes i feel numbness?..i feel so depressed for nothing and i dnt understand why, it causes my hear beat so fast and nervous also..pls call me or ans me 0000..thanks..furkhan
