HI
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P Thanks for posting your query.
I am of the opinion that your problems are due to a condition called Thoracic Radiculopathy.
It is a condition where the nerves at the level of your neck or upper back is getting compressed between the two back bones ( Vertebrae ) . Due to this compression of the nerve you are getting the pain over the regions mentioned by you as these regions sensation is taken care by this nerve.
You need to get MRI lower cervical and Upper Thoracic Spine to confirm this diagnosis and also to know the severity of problem . Treatment depends on the severity of problem . For mild problem only Muscles relaxants with Pregabalin with do but if it's severe you may require even an operation.
So kindly get the scan done and revert back .
Hope this information is useful to you. Any clarification feel free to ask.
