What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Upper Thighs?
The tops of both thighs have numbness and tingling. This is not constant, but occurs when walking, sleeping, or sitting, especially if I cross my legs, The sensation is asomething like a cold burn, if that makes sense. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and pain shots were given in both thighs. Also, I ve been mostly sleeping sitting up during recovery.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to degenerative disease of spine but it is very less likely unless it is being diagnosed second it could be due to muscular spasm and it is the common condition try to maintain good posture at the time of sleeping and try Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day hope this information helps.
