Hello,

As this sounds to me as the lumbar spine disc Degenerative changes. I will advise you to take an MRI as the symptoms of tingling and numbness are related to the nerve sensory Dysfunction.

Post MRI we can figure out what are the soft tissue abnormalities present and there will be paraspinal muscle spasm too.

Doing core stability exercise, spinal extensor muscles strengthening exercises and lower limb strengthening as a whole is advised.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, these symptoms are treated conservatively and with exercise the outcome score is good.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
