Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Numbness and tingling sensation in the feet what you are experiencing could be due to symptoms associated with neuropathy as a result of your underlying condition of diabetes.
Kindly keep your blood glucose under strict control by means of diet, exercise, and medications.
Along with it kindly take medication containing thiamine, pyridoxine, vitamin B12, and lipoic acid along with antioxidant compounds containing vitamin E and selenium regularly.
Your symptoms should get better gradually.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Ashakiran S
