HI Doc, Ive been having numbness and tingling in my feet since a few weeks before my laminectomy and now I just had 2 cortisone shots in my hip yesterday but still have the the numbness in my feet are they or can it be related oh I do have diabetes 2

Kindly keep your blood glucose under strict control by means of diet, exercise, and medications.

Along with it kindly take medication containing thiamine, pyridoxine, vitamin B12, and lipoic acid along with antioxidant compounds containing vitamin E and selenium regularly.

Your symptoms should get better gradually.
