What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Arms?

I have been taking Lisinopril/HCTZ 100/25 mg for a little over a year: I have a tired feeling most of the time: I also am getting leg and muscle cramps; I am also getting numbness and tingling in the hands and arms: At night I seem to ache and hurt all over my body and often have to sit up in a chair to sleep; I take insulin and experience dry mouth mostly at night; I am wondering if I should not take Lisinopril? Several years ago I had a hart attack when I was taking BP meds one of which was an ACE inhibitor, I do not remember the name however, I will never forget in the ER room who I was questioned as to why I was taking the ACE inhibitor.

Hello,

These symptoms are related more to vitamin and mineral difficiencies rather than to your medications. so, I would recommend that you get a blood test for vitamin b 12, soduim, potassium and calcium levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
