hi,
Thank you for providing the brief history of you.
A thorough Neruomuscular assessment is advised.
Based on your complains and history, i am able to understand that you have suffered from a sport injury. Since the initial symptoms you had was
numbness,
tingling, loss of feeling in the right arm, there is a possibility of the
cervical spine injury as your head impacted the chest of another player.
Also, the post symptoms are - pain in lower back on right side and pain down both the legs, - there can be a possibility of the
lumbar spine injury.
I will advice to undergo a complete neuro-muscular assessment followed by an MRI of cervical and lumbar spine to note the extent of the
soft tissue injury. Once doing this, a closer look to the soft tissue injury can be understood.
Once the diagnosis is made, the
sports injury is treated with the special precaution and attention to send you back to sports. A physical therapist will come into the attention of your injury and treat you with Therapeutic
ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy for controlling the initial symptoms post which the exercises will be made perform to strengthen the muscles and get to the optimum standard to go back to sports. Fitness training will be provided in the later stages to get you best fitness score and back to sports.
I have seen many cases and with 99% success rate all go back to sports. I wish the same from you
Regards
