What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Hands And Wrist?
I have been having problems with my hands, numb, tingling, left hand locks at wrist. when I drive my hands are held at a 10 and 1 oclock position and they both go numb, I lower my arms to get normal sensation back. I now have pain in both. has been going on for about a year and has only got worse. Any advise
Hello, I have studied your case and I think you may be having cervical spondylitis with pain due to nerve compression. I would suggest you to get cervical spine x ray to see if there is decrease in disc space. Also see if there is change in the spine curvature, if yes than you need to follow these advises. 1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily. 2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 3.Soft cervical collar. 4. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks
