What Causes Numbness And Swelling Behind Knees?
I ve had numbness and swelling on the back side of my leg mainly on the back side of my knee down due to dropping an 8 pound planter on the top of my foot. My foot doesn t hurt at all but is very bruised. The numbness is what bothers me most . Does this sound familiar ? I don t have health ins so haven t been to a Dr, but am now concerned 2 weeks later it s getting worse.

I really appreciate this two possibilities are very likely one is infective lesion and second is popliteal cyst in either condition clinical examination and investigation are very necessary but condition can be managed on tentative basis with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day and Amoxicillin 500 mg with Clavulanic acid twice in day" hope this information helps, take care.
