Shoulder problems develop from everyday wear and tear, overuse, or an injury and can be minor or serious.

. Do stretching and range of motion exercises for your arms & shoulders.
. Avoid aggravating activities: ( weight lifting, repetitive or prolonged movements above the shoulder.
