What Causes Numbness And Pain In Foot And Hands?

I have been using daonil (one tablet per day) for the past 3 years. Now, for about a week I have been feeling some numbness and slight pains in my foot and hands coming and going. My fasting blood sugar level has been mostly between 78 and 99, except for a few times before the new condition when it was over 100 and once it was 126. What could be happening? And what can i do?
