What Causes Numbness And Itching Sensation In The Feet?

I feel feet numbness, itchiness, and swallen i spoke with the nurse to give me an appointment she told me I have a nerve shock ( I suffered a great deal of stress for the past 5 months). Can someone tell me what is it and what is the treatment. Thank you, Kim

Your symptoms could be related to peripheral neuropathy. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your doctor and performing a nerve conduction study (electroneurography) to exclude this possible cause. Other blood lab tests are necessary too : complete blood count, iron plasma levels, fasting glucose, kidney and liver function tests, blood electrolytes, etc..
If all these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety as a possible cause of your complaints.
