Numbness and burning sensation in feet might be due to vitamin deficiency so you can go for blood investigations to isolate the cause. You can take zerodol-sp or combiflam for severe pain along with meganeuron-od plus once daily. Take some calcium supplements also like toscal-gem or shalcal.
