General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thank you for asking Healthcare majic.
My name is Dr Ehsan Ullah &
I have gone through your query.

you haven't mentioned your
age,
sex ,
and
associated medical conditions like diabetes etc ..

depending upon the age of the patient , such as
hot needle stabbing,
pain ,
numbness
and
burning sensations can be of different causes ...

in most of the candidates , if there symptoms persist for long
then there is
some pathology in the Spinal cord's regions ( Lumbosacral area)
or
the roots which come from the spinal cord to supply these area's skin and muscles.

routinely,
we do take complete biodata from such patients including age,
their past history of diabetes, hypertension , previous trauma/fall, and off course profession

then a complete assessment and evaluation is done
by
General Physical followed by neurological examination

The combination of bio data & Clinical examination then further reveals whether there is need of

Nerve conduction studies
and or
Radiological assessment ( X-Rays. MRI etc) for further treatment / management

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
