General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
The first thing is to stop the antihistamines if you are taking- this is to avoid dryness of throat, you may take nasal decongestant nasal drops.
The is will help even in nose-bleed.

The most probable reason of nose -bleed can be simply an infection with scab formation which leads to bleeding on separation from the mucosa.

You have to undergo a proper clinical examination to be done by a Doctor who can catch many of the problems on your proper history and physical examination and can then guide for further investigations and treatment.

Visit an ENT Specialist as you need an endoscopy of the nose and throat.
