Headaches, Nosebleeds, Starts Behind Head, Blurred Vision. Treatment?

i have been having headaches and nosebleeds for three days straight now and when i get these headaches it starts at the back of my head and moves to the front making the nosebleeds start and when i get these headaches it also causes my eyes to get blurry and very sensitve to the light what should i do and what is wrong with me

Hello there,

Thanks for writing in.

I would advise you to visit your doctor at the earliest . Increase in blood pressure(hypertension) is one of the causes of headaches with nose bleeds. Other differential diagnosis could be sinusitis and allergies. I'm assuming that you are not on any blood thinning medication like warfarin.

To stop the present episode of nose bleed, I would suggest that you sit on a chair,lean forward,press both your nostrils together with the thumb and index finger and breathe through your mouth for 5 minutes. Application of ice packs might also help.

Thanks for query.
It seems that you might be having severe high blood pressure giving rise to headache and bleeding from the nose.
Go to ER and get examined.
If your blood pressure is very high it may create big problem.
