Hello, In fact, nosebleed is associated with local organic problems of the nose, systemic problems like high blood pressure; lack of vitamins especially of vitamin c, and anemia. If none of these diagnosis was made, and psychosomatic disorder was determined, it means there is no organic issue. Just, because of you being too emotional, the blood vessels of the nose might become more fragile and prone to bleeding. I do not think it is any cancer or tumor as long as the tests you have done so far did not notice anything.
