General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I understand your concern!
Answer: Nose bleeding in children is common. It can happen for many reasons -(including having a dry nose or nosepicking)
-an infection, a polyp
- bleeding disorder
-high blood preassure
-Allergies can also cause it by irritating the lining of the nose

So,if these nose bleedings are repeated frequently, it would be a good idea to take him to the GP and let the doctor to measure his blood preasure and examine him properly to see if it is any of the other possibilities.
I hope my answer was helpful!
