What Causes Nose Bleeding When Infected With Sinusitis?

I am a 26 yr old female and was recently diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism. Over a year ago I had a sinus infection and was traveling up north for vacation. The air pressure changes caused my ears to pop and my nose to bleed. My sinuses have still not healed and I have constant postnasal drip and strange popping sensations in my forehead and my ears always have pressure in them. Why is this still bothering me over a year later and what can I do to help it?

hi there please visit an Ent specialist who would check you up to see if there is a fluid collection behind your ear drum and also to rule out a chronic sinusitis through nasal endoscopy and imaging if required...when you have an acute sinus infection small blood vessels may rupture on account of the inflammation and cause a nasal bleed...
