What Causes Nose Bleeding And Dilated Pupils?
My little sister came home from school and ever since then she has had bad nose bleeds that are on and off and her pupils are dilated, but she didn t have any head trauma during the day nor anything that could cause a nose bleed. Any suggestions on what it might be?

We need to do a MRI brain and probably a full ent check up. there are a lot of possibilities but if pupils are getting dilated an issue in the brain would be my first doubt so please do the tests and let me know . then I will advise you accordingly
