What Causes Nocturnal Emission And Pimples On The Face?

In a month i have nightfall 3/4 times.But in the next morning a bump aplears on face and gradually it develops into a pimple later grows with pus and blood inside and leaves a scar on face.Until nightfall occurs their is no chance of pimple on face but as soon nightfall happens within hours i get a pimple.Why is it so ?

Nightfall is a normal phenomenon and no treatment is needed. Acne is very common adolescent due to hormonal imbalance. Nightfall is creating a panic reaction in you causing stress which aggravates acne.
Advice
a.     Apply locally Clindoxyl gel (clindamycin + benzyl peroxide) at bed time for a month
b.     Use Acne aid soap three time daily for cleaning your face
c.     Do not squeeze pimples as it will cause scarring
d.     Keep pimples untouched
e.     Try to avoid use of unbranded cosmetics unnecessarily
f.     Avoid mental stress as it aggravates acne
g.     Take high protein diet such as eggs, pulses, cheese and milk products
h.     Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week. The best types of exercise for lowering BP include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing.
i.     Start masturbating once in a week with positive attitude. It will not harm you. It will reduce frequency of night fall
