What causes nightfall and thin watery semen? Sir,i am 26 yrs old boy.i have been suffering from nightfall for last 9 yrs.Firstly,it happens 2-3 times in a month but now nightfall happens 2-4 times in a week & my semen becomes too thin looks like waterey solution

Nightfall is involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. Frequency varies from person to person, most men only experience this condition in their adolescent years but few may suffer from it all their lives. This is totally normal. There is no need to worry.
Advice
1.     Alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time for 10 days
2.     Regularly do exercise in gym or at home 4 – 5 days in a week
3.     Avoid smoking, alcohol, watching porn or erotic chats
4.     Involve yourself in play games, reading scientific books, news paper and focus yourself on study
5.     Avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep
6.     Listen instrumental music and do meditation
7.     Take high fiber diet to prevent constipation such as pure wheat bread, green vegetable, fruits like apple
8.     Start doing masturbation once in a week but do not think much about it
