What Causes Nipple Discharge, Night Sweats, Spot On The Breasts And Tiredness?

I am a 36 year old female. I have had 3 pregnancies and 2 live births. My first pregnancy was ectopic. I have been having night sweats maybe hot flashes for almost a year now. I also had a mamogram done last year where what they believe to be a fibroid tumor was found as well as 15 cysts. Over the last 2 months I have noticed nipple discharge happening randomly. On the right breast it has been from one spot and clear and on the left breast it has been in 2-3 spots where one spot is clear and the other 2 are milky white. I have noticed over the last 2 weeks that I have been extremely tried and very thirsty. I have also had 5 cold sores/fever blisters over the last month. Just wondering what is going on. Any insight would be appreciated.

nipple discharge sometimes does happen in sexually active females in reproductive age group,however it's quite slight and clear, however as you mentioned milky discharge and random discharge occurring since 2 months ,this requires you to undergo certain tests for some hormonal assays, serum prolactin, leutinising hormone and if this occurs to be deranged then follow up again for the proper treatment with me.
