What Causes Night Sweats, Nausea And Low WBC With History Of Neutrophilia?

When I was 34 yrs old my primary doctor sent me to an oncologist because my blood count (I suppose white count was very low. The oncologist said that my body was attacking itself; mentioned that I was neutrophylic, I think he also mentioned that I had connective tissue disorder? Did bone marrow and nothing. I'm 45 yrs old, still alarming low count (that's what the dr says), aches, sometimes fever, night sweats and nausea...all the time. I thought probably I was going through pre-menopause but am wondering if my symptoms now are related to what happened over 10 yrs ago.
