What Causes Night Sweats After Menopause?

I am 60 and i have been having night sweats for about a month. I ve had night sweats when I was growing up. I went into menopause in 2011. I did not have hot flashes or mood swings. I have never been on medications. All my labs have been in order. The last time I ve seen a doctor was two years ago.
