What Causes Needle Pricking SensatIon In Eyes?

Hi I have needle pricking sensatIon since last 4hours in the right eye mainly when closing the eye. I have washed the eyes and physically examined for foreign particle but found none. Also when I close right eye while looking to extreme right there is no pain sensation but when the eye ball in right eye comes towards left side and eyelid is closed I have needle priking sensation and water come in eye. Planning to visit doctor as soon as clock hits 7am (currently it's midnight 2am), please adice what to do??

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having needle pricking sensation and irritation of the eyes.
This can be because of presence of foreign body in the eye or because of conjunctivitis.
As of now you can use antibiotic eye drops and later you can consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
