I do have some sinus stuff and my ears pop like they would be stopped up. also im on mess for anxiety. Not sure which is causing the head problems. It seems worse if I look at something close then focus on something far... I was thinking maybe some kind of vertigo

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be a spine-related problem like cervical spondylitis. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
