What Causes Nausea,vomiting And Headaches?
I am 29 female with a arterial septul defect that has been partially closed (was 20mm now 9mm) that was 2 years ago that I had open heart surgery, for the past week I ve been suffering ongoing nausea that causes vomiting then I temporarily feel better and can eat then get sick again I have a runny nose and severe headache as well as chills and sweating.

You should be seen by your doctor for a possible infection. The infection may be sinusitis for example, but, since you had cardiac surgery, spreading of infection is more possible.
So, you should be evaluated and treated in a short time.
