Hello dear,
hanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have made the following clinical explanation-
You are probably having these episodes associated with aura and the likely possibilities are:
Acute onset
Migraine with aura
Complex seizures
Some of the migraine typical symptoms are-
1)Throbbing or pulse like headache
2)nausea
3)
Photophobia and phonophobia(headache worsens on exposure to bright light and sound)
4)Visual aura like seeing flashing zig-zag lights,
visual field disturbances.Aura can be of other types other than visual. What you are having 'a hot
tingling feeling throughout my body, that causes me to become nauseas, sweat and shake, and I get a sour taste in my mouth with a lot of saliva' can be a type of aura, followed by headache. This can be typical of migraine.
Complex seizures can result in aura followed by impaired consciousness.
Whatsoever, this is acute and needs to be evaluated. Please meet a
neurologist, and discuss with him to undergo a Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) Brain and an electroencephalogram(EEG).That will help making the diagnosis and thus the treatment.I hope it helps.
