Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a chronic infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with your attending physician as soon as possible for a physical exam and some tests:
- A chest X-ray study
- An abdominal ultrasound
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- A blood bacterial culture
- A urine analysis

Further tests may be needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
