What Causes Nausea, Flashes, No Appetite, Weak When Appendix Is Removed?

I have been feeling weird for about 18 hours now. Slight nausea, hot flashes is the only was I can think to describe it, head kind of hurting but more feeling foggy, no appetite and feeling very weak. I am a 54 year old white male that is 60 pounds over weight. Have always had good health. But the last time I felt weird my appendix was removed. So I am a little concerned.

Hello
I share your concern.

Nausea, flashes and loos of appetite as well as weakness can't be related to removed appendix so you need not to worry about removed appendix.

I would advise you to take antiemetic medicine like domperidone or ondansatron group of drugs with pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs for acidity.

Multivitamin supplement and calcium are also advisable at your age.

I would advise you to take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with dietary fiber supplement in your diet.

Try to avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food and carbonated beverages
No smoking and drinking.

Hope this helps, please feel free to ask for further assistance, I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you good health
