OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Nausea in pregnancy occurs due to the hCG hormone secreted from the pregnant chorionic tissue.
Gender of the fetus has no effect on nausea.
However, nausea is more in twin pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back for further queries.
