What Causes Nausea, Dizziness, Constant Headache And High BP?
I have been experiencing headaches for about 9 days. Last few days constant. Feel like I got hit by a 2x4 back of skull, very strong pressure around temples, and feels like my head wants to explode. Pain goes into ear and down neck. Nausea and some dizziness. I am diabetic and my reading is 11. Today my bp was 154/98 p55 this morning have rested all day. Now at 5 pm my bp is154/84 p67. Pressure is still intense over the whole skull area. I am 48 yrs old
I need to ask you a few more questions regarding your headache, if you had any previous history of such headaches, what treatment you sought, what investigations you underwent, and how your eye sight is. I suggest you to visit your doctor for a proper checkup of your eyes, neck and head as well, along with some blood and radiological investigations. Meanwhile, you can take OTC analgesics for your pain management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
