What Causes Nausea, Diarrhea And Stomachache?

I have had the shingles; the blisters have scabbed over, but now I have symptoms of stomach virus (some nausea and diarrhea along with stomach pain at times). Is this the cause of the shingles or something else? I have had these symptoms for about a week.

You are suffering from shingles which is a viral infection .
It can effect in your stomach also.

Dont worry , with time all will ok.
Maintain hydration ,if diarrhoea is more.
