What Causes Nausea And Vomiting In A Child?

Hi Doctor,
Sometimes my child has some nausea and vomiting without any reason. Very often it goes away when I give him some sweet tea or other type of carbs. Is is any reason for concern or , maybe, my child is going through growth spurt? I hope that he doesn't have any types of diabetes.
