General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
After undergoing operative procedure and taking medications following it could have caused certain amount of stress on gastric mucosa, which can result in nausea and vomiting.
Kindly take tablet containing Pantoprazole with domperidone combination on empty stomach in the morning once a day for a week.
Also, consume diet which is non-spicy, soft and easily digestible.
Gradually, you should feel better and be back to normal.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.,
