What Causes Nausea And Mild Constipation?

HI, I've been feeling slight nausea for the past two months. Occasionally does it get bad, but never to the point of vomiting. Don't have any abdominal pains but feeling tension in my stomach. Many times do my temperature raise above normal. For the past two months my cycle has only lasted two - three days. Not sure what to make of it. My doctor ran some test and send me for blood works. My iron levels were low, but that is being treated with Autrin capsules. It does not seem like my symptoms are due to low level iron and my doctor can not offer me an explanation for the recurring nausea and mild constipation.

Hi,
Low iron I.e HB levels may cause fatigue,breathlessness,lack of concentration etc,
See your taking tablet for low iron,its cantains elemental iron,its common side effect is nausea and abdominal discomfort,anta acid like proton pimp inhibitor hampers its absorption,so its not prescribed with iron tablets,
Take your tablet autrin after having food,and at bed time it will cause less discomfort,
