Hello,

The bilirubin level can fluctuate in case of liver hepatitis.

You need to investigate with a viral profile for hepatitis and ultrasonography abdomen to guide you further.

Kindly revert back with that two reports.

Meanwhile, avoid high fatty foods and take more fruit juice.

The sugar cane juice, apple juice, lemon water etc beneficial in reducing your jaundice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
