What Causes Nausea And Diarrhea With Mustard Color Stool?

Hi.

4 days ago, I've experienced a major nausea/diarreha, and general body weekness, that lastet from the evening, to the next morning. At that point the body weekness (approximate to that of heavy workouts ) and headache persisted, whiel the other symptoms faded. i started feeling constipation and the feeling of fool stomach/tummy. Today (after a day skipped) I had 3 bowel movements (morning/afternoon/evening) and the stool was ochre/mustard color. What would be you advise me to do?
