Hello, three days ago I ate a meal, the following day I felt a little nauseous in the morning and I brushed it off, I got to work and I ate breakfast and then had to make a bowel movement which was very runny, shortly after that I began to throw up. That went on until the following day. I also had some headaches with it and minor lower back pain. Today I am no longer throwing up, I still have the runs and back pain, but I feel very nauseous no matter what I eat or drink. About two weeks ago I was also spotting, I have the IUD so I don t get a period. I have been pregnant four times, but this time I am not sure if it just a stomach bug, the flu, or pregnancy. I am also getting very warm while the rest of my co workers are freezing, and my office is typically cold, I am extremely hot.
