What Causes Nasal Bleeding After Taking Singulair And Zyrtec?
My 12 year old son has been on Singulair for approximately 6 months along with Zyrtec. He has had bloody noses off an on however, they are getting worse. We have had a dry winter however I m now worried that it is a possible side effect of the drug.

These medications can cause nosebleeds.
They cause dry out the nasal membranes and cause nosebleeds.
I suggest you to use saline nasal spray to avoid dryness.
