Suggest Treatment For Nasal Bleeding And Vomiting
I had nasal bleeding twice within the last 6 years.With a gap of 3 years. I am also slim. 51Kg only. 167cm height. 24 years old. Recently I had nausea and vomiting followed by aura head ache.
feeling mild pain somewhere deep in the head. I am also having nasal congestion. May I know what causes all these problems? please help me

Dear causes of nasal bleeding is due to
1 Nasal priking
2. Sinusitis
3.Nasal polyps
4.Hypertebsion
5.Thrombocytopenia.
6.Drugs like aspirin and clopidogrel
7.Trauma
etc.
Avoid heavy blowing or sneezing,use normal saline nasal spray for one week. Use water vapour inhalation. Tab. alday dc for nasal congestion. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
