What Causes Nasal Adhesions Post A Rhinoplasty?

i ve done a rhinoplasty 1 year and half ago , since then i have nasal ashesions - smelling decreased - forehead pressure - eyes pressure and burning sometimes and sometimes headache . i done a CT scan my sinuses are normal . i tried every spray . but the doctors told me i have to do the surgery to solve the nasal ashesions ..i don;t know what to do

Hello.
Probably after Rhinoplasty the nasal valves have been closed, Unfortunatly i have seen a lot of patients with that problem, specially when the surgery is been done by a N Aestethic Surgeon , most of the time they dont care about the breathing problems.
You should do a Revision Rhinoplasty now to solve the problem.
