What Causes Swelling In The Nose After A Rhinoplasty?

Hi I had revision rhinoplasty nearly two weeks ago. During this rhinoplasty the doctor also injected hyaluronidase to remove juvederm that was put in my nose a year ago after my first rhinoplasty. Where the hyaluronidase was injected is swollen and feels like a bump is there. Is this normal? My nose is still swollen from the operation also.
